Data Tech Solutions, known as DTS, was founded in March of 1997 and has been in business for over 12 years and to this day specializes in a number of marketing services such as Customer Service Solutions, Online Advertising, Online Traffic Management, Web Design and Software Development. DTS takes ecommerce seriously.
Our Founder, CEO and Chairman, W. Shane Kelly, started DTS with just one client called CMM. CMM and its owner, Jimmy A. Miller, created a thriving credit card company that issued tens of thousands of non-prime credit cards each month solely through direct mail. Because of the need to manage its enormous business, CMM contracted with DTS to provide the marketing services that would streamline its business.
After the death of CMM’s owner in 1999, DTS worked with the new entity that acquired CMM. DTS was then contracted to put its custom marketing services to full work as it helped overhaul their entire marketing design and functionality so they could be in full compliance with government law and operate more efficiently.
This project was completed one year later by the summer of 2000 and DTS emerged into a full service technology and marketing company. DTS now can assist in helping with compliance matters relating to FTC rules and regulations. DTS supports fair trade and services. As part of this, DTS makes sure all marketing services that are offered adhere to all FTC rules and regulations for full compliance.
DTS offers numerous marketing services that are designed for high volume marketing companies. For example, DTS helped lower one marketing company's nationwide complaints from all consumer agencies including the BBB with consumer friendly marketing approaches. This company's complaints dropped to less than half of one percent of new customers generated each month with our Customer Service Solutions.
